Long-lived carpet in family homes

A lot of Bayswater is post-war and 1960s to 1980s brick veneer, with family homes on decent blocks, and plenty of units and townhouses built where older houses once stood. Pets, kids and muddy shoes

Families with pets often have a few spots that keep smelling no matter how often they are sprayed. That is usually urine that has reached the backing and the underlay.
