Family homes at the foot of the hills

Couches in the family room

Upholstery is often the second thing people want done once the carpet is booked. We test each fabric, then clean with steam extraction or a low-moisture method. Synthetic fabrics take a full rinse. Linen, cotton and velvet are cleaned with less moisture. Leather is cleaned and conditioned separately. Allow four to six hours before sitting on fabric.
