Leafy blocks and what they bring inside

Heathmont, in the City of Maroondah, is a quiet, leafy suburb with mostly post-war and 1960s to 1980s family homes, many on large blocks with established gardens and big trees. Some people ask us about carpet repair. Cleaning will not fix a seam that has opened, a burn, or carpet that has pulled off the gripper at a doorway, and it is better to know that before booking. Some marks that look like damage, such as dark lines along the edges of a room, are actually filtration soiling from air passing under skirting boards, and they often lighten a lot with cleaning.
