What agents expect
Most Melbourne leases ask for carpets to be professionally steam cleaned at the end of the tenancy, and for a receipt as proof. Where pets were kept, many also require a flea treatment. We steam clean (hot water extraction) rather than dry clean for bond cleans so the receipt matches what the lease says, and we treat stains and deodorise as part of the job.

Timing your clean

Do you provide a receipt for the real estate agent?
Yes. Every end-of-lease clean comes with a tax receipt stating the address, the date and that the carpets were professionally steam cleaned, emailed the same day.
Do I need flea treatment for my bond clean?
Only if your lease requires it, which is common where pets were kept. Check the lease or ask your property manager; we can add it to the booking.
What if the agent is not happy with the clean?
We come back and re-clean the area at no charge within seven days of the original clean.
